Our plants are shipped with a 100% Quality Guarantee. Each plant is grown & shipped with care by skilled aquatic plant experts. Some yellowing or browning may occur while in transit. Feel free to remove any discolored leaves, they will soon be replaced with new, healthy growth.

If you are not satisfied with the condition of your plant, or it is damaged during shipping, please reach out to our customer support team for assistance! Please take photo of the condition of the plant upon arrival. To receive a refund or replacement email lily@chalily.com.  You will be given a  pre-paid shipping label to return your items. You must contact us within  14 days of your plants arrival. Please allow 1-3 Business Days for returns to be processed.
